Vasu Varma was born in Vedurupaka, East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh. He is a Tollywood film director, who has directed the debutant film of Naga Chaitanya, son of one of the Tollywood top heroes, Akkineni Nagarjuna.
Career:
Vasu Varma started his career as an apprentice in direction for the film Sakutumba Saparivaara Sametam directed by S.V.Krishna Reddy. He started Aadhi as an Associate Director and later became a co-direction and right from the first film of Dil Raju Productions “Dil”, In 2009 Dil Raju gave the first direction opportunity to Vasu Varma, to launch a star kid Naga Chaitanya in Josh movie and starring with Naga Chaitanya and Karthika Nair. With Josh's movie, he became one of the rare directions who launched two-star kids in one film.
In 2016 Varma got another chance from Raju for his second film Krishnashtami. In 2010 He directed Brindavanam starring with Jr.Ntr, Kajal Aggarwal, Samantha Akkineni.
