Sudheer Babu was born on 11 May 1979 in Vijayawada. He is an Indian Tollywood actor and Badminton player. His first movie in the Telugu Film Industry as a hero is Shiva Manasulo Shruthi. He recently launched his new home banner “Sudheer Babu Productions”.

Sudheer Posani’s parents Posani Nageshwar Rao and Smt. Rani. He did his schooling from Veeramachineni Paddayya Siddhartha Public School, Vijayawada. He is a drop out from M.S.Ramaiah Institute of Technology (MSRIT) and later graduated from the maharishi Institute of Management in Hyderabad. His educational qualifications are BE, GMT, MBA.

He gradually developed an interest in Badminton and took it in a professional way. He stood as a National School Games runner up and junior Badminton World Cup probable. With all his efforts he stood as no.1 ranked of Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. As a doubles partner, he played alongside with Pullela Gopichand.

He is one of the 10 badminton players selected by the Sports Authority of India. He was trained by Prakash Padukone who is the father of Deepika Padukone.
Film Career:
He started acting career with the movie Ye Maaya Chesave directed by Gautham Menon and directed by his sister-in-law Manjula Ghattamaneni. It was a biggest blockbuster and he played the role of heroine’s brother. In the direction of Bheemli Kabadi Jattu fame Tatineni Satya he made a leading role in the movie SMS ( Siva Manasulo Sruthi). This movie was produced by Vikram Raju under the banner Super Good films pairing Regina Cassandra with Sudheer Babu released on 10 February 2012.
His second film as a hero Prema Katha Chitram is a box office hit released on 7 June 2013. Nandita acted as a heroine in this movie produced by Director Maruthi and directed by J.Prabhakar Reddy. This movie got many positive reviews and both the artists won critical acclaim for their performances. His third movie directed by G.Krishna reddy featuring Asmita Sood and Puunam Kaur titled Aadu Magaadra Bujji. It was an average hit.
Later in 2015, he appeared in the Guest role in the movie Dongaata directed by Vamsi Krishna Naidu. In Krishnamma Kalipindi Iddarini he played a lead role directed by R.Chandu but couldn’t get many appraisals from the box office. Mosagallaku Mosagadu directed by Nellore Bose also an average movie. He had to face downs in the movie career in between flops. Bhale Manchi roju is his last movie in the year 2015 directed by Sriram Aaditya T.
In 2016 he played guest role in the movie Sri as a police inspector directed by Muppalaneni Shiva. He also acted in a Hindi debut Baaghi directed by Sabbir Khan. There he played a role as Antagonist. In 2017 he acted in the movie Shamanthakamani. It is the second movie directed by Sriram Aditya being Sudheer in a lead role. It got better reviews than earlier average hits. Anando Brahma was a Cameo movie.
In 2018 he played a lead role in the movie Sammohanam directed by Mohana Krishna Indraganti. In this movie, he is an ordinary guy who falls in love with a heroine and she too loves him but couldn’t express. It was a different story and got good reviews. Nanu Dochukundhavante was an average hit movie directed by RS Naidu. Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayulu directed by Indrasena R couldn’t reach much in the audience.
In 2020 his upcoming movie V being directed by Mohan Krishna Indraganti and it is Nani’s 25th film. However, Sudheer couldn’t see much success in his film career.
