Akkineni Naga Chaitanya is an Indian actor who eventually works in the Telugu film industry.

Naga Chaitanya was born on 3 November 1986 in Chennai. His father is Akkineni Nagarjuna and his mother Daggubati Lakshmi, a younger sister of Daggubati Venkatesh who is a famous film star. At his young age, only his parents got separated and he brought up in Chennai with his mother. Both of his parents remarried, Nagarjuna married Amala who is a former actress and Lakshmi married Sharath Vijayaraghavan who is a corporate executive at Sundaram motors. He has one half brother Akkineni Akhil. Akkineni Nageswara Rao is his Grandfather. He got married to Samantha Ruthuprabhu in 2017 who is an actress. Sumanth and Sushanth are his cousins who are also actors. Rana Daggubati Is my cousin and friend.

He completed his schooling from PSBB School, Chennai. He studied. He started playing guitar and drums from a very young age. He came back to Hyderabad and based on his interest in acting he enrolled in acting course in Mumbai and later trained in acting and martial arts in Los Angeles.
