Allu Sirish's father is a film producer Allu Aravind. Allu Sirish's mother is Nirmala and is a younger brother of Allu Ajun who is a star hero in the Telugu film industry. He is a nephew of Mega Star Chiranjeevi and Grand Son of Allu Ramalingaiah who was an Indian Movie Actor.
He did his schooling from PSBB Higher Secondary, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and college from R.D.National & W.A.Science College from Mumbai, Maharashtra. He is graduated in Mass Communications, Journalism.

He also acted in Malayalam debut with Mohan Lal in a film named 1971 Beyond Borders. In that movie, he played the role of soldier. His film Okka Kshanam released in the year 2017, December 28 casting Surabhi, Seerat Kapoor, and Srinivas Avasarala, directed by VI Anand. This film is based on the concept of parallel lives and is a scientific thriller. Now he is making as a lead role in ABCD – American Born Confused Desi which is a Telugu Remake.
