Career:

He attended the prominent American Film Institute [AFI] to study more about the art of making movies. While studying there, he also got the rarest of the rare opportunity to attend Hollywood’s prestigious Oscar ceremony in 2008 and the whole experience of attending and being a part of the Oscars made him realize his love for films and the artistic Zeal behind it. In 2015 He made a mark as a professional with his famous film “Yagavaranium Naa Kaakka”, but work for it began as early as 2013. The film stars his brother Aadhi opposite a fresh face, Nikki Galrani, and also has Mithun Chakraborty, who played a character in his first South Indian Movie.

It was his ability to convince the great actor Mithun Chakraborty to act in his film despite the thespian’s initial reluctance that made him further believe his credibility to be in association with the film industry. The movie was shot in Telugu as well as in Tamil, and it was a real-life incident faced by Sathya’s friend that inspired the creation of the film. The theme of the film had love, friendship, and comedy as core emotions, but the genre is a thriller film. Being a perfectionist, He considered more than 100 shooting locations to ascertain their authenticity and also to add creativity. Sathya Prabhas worked equally hard on the script, making as many as 22 copies of the same and the Telugu version of “Yagavaranium Naa Kaakka” as Malupu was released in 2016.
