Manchu Vishnu is an Indian actor, director, and producer who works for the Telugu film industry and television film industry.

Vishnu was born on 23 November 1981 in Chennai. His zodiac sign is Sagittarius. His father is M.Mohan Babu who is the eminent actor, politician, and educator. His mother is late Smt.Vidya Devi. He has one brother Manchu Manoj, he is also an actor. He had one sister Manchu Lakshmi who is an actress.

He completed his schooling from Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan in Chennai. He completed his Bachelors's degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College, Tirupati. Reading, Travelling, and Playing Cricket is his hobbies. He got married to Viranica Reddy in the year 2008 who is a nephew of Late.Y.S.Rajashekar Reddy. They both blessed with twin daughters Ariana and Viviana and one son named Avram Bhakta.

In his college days, he was a representative of the Bhaskar JNTU Cricket team. Also served as a Captain of the University Basketball team. He is a founder of Springboard International preschools which has more than 75 branches all over India. He is also the founder and chairman of New York Academy which is an International Curriculum school. He launched two production houses till now one is in Hyderabad named 24 Frames factory and the other in California named Via Mar Entertainment. His father founded ‘Think Smart’ in the year 1997 and he is now CEO of that film studio which provides pre-production, production, and post-production services to the production houses. He also serves as the CEO of MBC (Mohan Babu Corporation) and Sree Vidyanikethan Educational Trust, both of them were founded by his father Mohan Babu. Vishnu being an avid art lover, in 2009 he launched Vishnu Manchu Art Foundation (VMAF) which I helped to non-professional artists by exhibiting their work at Annual Symposium. He also runs an environmental awareness program with a social unit Army Green. Vishnu sponsors the CCL(Celebrity Cricket League) team Telugu Warriors. He is also a minority stakeholder in the ICL.

Film Career:

As a child artist, his first debut is Ragile Gundelu in 1985. As a hero, his first debut is Vishnu in 2003 and he won the Filmfare award for the best debut male. His later movies were average at the box office. In 2007 he got his first commercial blockbuster hit with Dhee movie starring Genelia alongside.

He directed a TV program Happy days which went on 700 episodes with the highest TRP ratings.
