Ajmal Ameer is an Indian actor who works predominantly in the Malayalam film industry. Apart from it he also worked in other languages like Tamil and Telugu. He appeared in one English movie as well. He received two Filmfare Awards south.

Ajmal was born on 8 November 1985 in Aluva, Kerala. He has one brother named Askar. He completed his medicine from National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsia from Ukraine. After his education soon he got married to Renju and both were blessed with a boy named Alain Zeyyan. He likes blue and white colors. Cricket is his favorite sport. He has a plan to open a hospital in the future.
Career life:
Ajmal's first debut movie was 14 Feb as a college student in the year 2005 in Tamil. In Malayalam Pranayakalam which released in 2007. In Telugu also he acted in few movies like Rachcha, Prabhanjanam, Vennello Hai Hai.
Awards:
He received two Filmfare awards for his best performance. In 2008 for the movie Anjathe and in 2011 for the movie Ko he nominated for the best-supporting actor Tamil and won Vijay Award for Best Supporting Actor.
