Biography:

Pawan Kalyan's real name is Konidela Kalyan Babu and he changed his name in the film industry as Pawan Kalyan when he worked on his first movie Akkadabbai Ikkadammai. He himself established as one of the top leading actors in Telugu. His notable movie including Tholi Prema (1998), Thammudu (1999), Badri (2000), Khushi (2001), Jalsa (2008).

He is not only an actor but also a producer, director, screenwriter, writer, philanthropist, and politician. He holds a black belt in karate and he used to organize martial art presentations.

Pawan Kalyan was born on 2 September 1971 to Sri. Rama Rao and Smt.Anjana Devi. He is the youngest of three brothers and the other two are Chiranjeevi, Naga Babu who were also actors in the film industry. He has two sisters Madhavi Rao and Vijaya Durga. He is the uncle to Ram Charan, Varun Tej, Allu Arjun, and Sai Dharam Tej in the film industry.

He got married three times. First, he got married to Nandini in 1997 and split up in 2007. His second marriage with Renu Desai who is also an actress in the year 2009 and split up in 2012. They both were in a living relationship for many years. He had two children with Renu Desai, Son named Akira Nandan was born in 2004, and a daughter named Aadhya born in 2010. His third marriage was with Anna Lezhneva in 2013 and they are living together. They both have two kids. His son named Mark Shankar Pawanovich and daughter named Polena Anjana Pawanova.

He learned acting skills from Visakhapatnam Satyanand film school. He is the first south Indian actor endorsed for Pepsi Company.  In 2017 he agreed to be a brand ambassador for Handloom weavers in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. In the same year, he was asked to be a brand ambassador to Jeevan Daan which is an initial start for organ donation by the government of Andhra Pradesh.

In2007, he started an organization named Common Man Protection Force (CMPF), which contributed 1 crore INR as a corpus fund. The main motto of this organization is to solve the social problems and help the neglected sections of the society in India.

Humanitarian works:

In 2014, March 14 he founded a political party named Jana Sena. He donated 5million rs to the Chief Minister relief fund for the relief operations of Hudhud Cyclone in AP effected on October 14, 2014. In 2012, he donated 5,00,000rs as support to Rekha Chalichemala who is an Olympic Sports Shooter.  He also donated 20lakhs to help Uttarakhand flood victims. He gave 1 lakh rupee to the actor Pavala Syamala who was suffering from a fatal illness. In 2013 he donated 1 lakh rupee to Jesus Oldage home at Pandurangapuram in Khammam District. He helped a biker Gota Satish Kumar by giving 5 lakh rupees, who lost his legs in an accident. He donated 5 lakh rupee for differently-abled T20 Tournament and 1lakh to each team participated in that. In 2018 he announced 10 lakh prize money to Sri Venkata Rahul Ragala who achieved the gold medal in Common Wealth games from India.

After his film Johnny's failure, he so honestly returned the money of the distributors. In 2012, he acted in Gabbar Singh which was a huge hit. It was a remake of Salman Khan’s Dabangg.
