Career life:
Gopichand after his elder brother's sudden death felt someone has to carry his father’s legacy and he decided to enter into the film industry. He took a one-year dialogue modulation course and made his first debut movie Tholi valapu in 2001. His first debut movie in Tamil is Jayam in 2003. In 2002 he acted in Jayam for which he got Nandi Award for Best Villain category. From then he had hits and flops. Some of his major hits are Nijam, Souryam, Sankham, Yagnam, Varsham, Ranam, Mogudu, Lakshyam, Jil, Loukyam, Ontari, Raraju and many.
