Soundarya Rajinikanth was born on 20 September 1984. She is the daughter of actor Rajinikanth and Latha. Aishwarya R.Dhanush is her elder sister. She did her schooling in Ashram Matriculation Higher Secondary School. She married Ashwin Ramkumar in 2010. They have a son named Ved Krishna. They got divorced in 2017. She married Vishagan Vanagamudi in 2019.

Career:
Soundarya Debut movie was Kochadaiiyaan in 2014 with her father Rajinikanth in the lead role. It was India’s first motion capture film. Her next film was Velaiilla Pattadhari 2 in Telugu and Tamil languages in 2017. She is also a graphic designer, producer. She owned a production named Ocher Picture Productions. She worked as a graphic designer for films such as Padayappa, Baba, Chandramukhi, Anbe Aaruyire, Majaa, Shivaji. She produced the film Goa in 2010. She was the graphic designer and director of the film Kochadaiiyaan.
