Ravish Desai is an Indian actor and model working in Bollywood and TV serials. Model turned actor, Ravish was born in Mumbai into a Gujarati family. He has done his schooling from G.D Somani School, Cuffe Parade. Ravish completed his graduation from Jai Hind College, Mumbai. Finally, he went on to complete his post-graduation as an MBA in Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

After finishing his MBA, Ravish worked as a consultant with JP Morgan Chase, Ernst, and Young. One day he decided to quit all of that to pursue his dream of becoming an actor. He was always fascinated by cinema during his childhood. Ravish is inspired by movies and he firmly believes in destiny and hard work. He follows book writers like Paulo Coelho and Robin Sharma. He is currently in a real-life relationship with Aarushi (Mugdha Chapekar) who used to be his co-star Aarushi in Satrangi Sasural. They have been dating for a year now and they have finally decided to take their relationship a step ahead. They got engaged in January 2016. They tied the knot on 16 December 2016 in Mumbai.
