Gokul was born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He is an Indian film director who works in Tamil movies. He completed his college in Loyola College, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. His hobbies are Listening to Music and reading books.
Career:
In 2011 He maiden venture, Rowthiram, featured Jiiva and Shriya Saran in the main lead roles. The film earned praise for its cinematography and stunt choreography and later, the film was dubbed in Telugu version as Roudram and in Hindi as Nirbhay The Fighter. In 2013 His second film ‘Idharkuthane Aasaipattai Balakumara,’ produced by Leo Visions, featured a huge cast including Vijay Sethupathi, Swathi Reddy, Ashwin Kakumanu, Pasupathy, Nandita and Soori. The film won accolades for its quicky dialogues and intervening plotline.
In 2016 his next film Kashmora is said to be produced at a high budget and has Karthi and Nayanthara in the main lead roles. In his fourth movie, Junga stars Vijay Sethupathi as the titular role. The movie was praised for both Sethupathi’s and Yogi Babu’s acting.
